These terms apply when you use mazingbyjosh.com or buy from us. Mazing By Josh is a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
You're buying a digital file (a PDF or a ZIP of PDFs), not a physical product. Nothing is shipped.
Your licence: what you can do
When you buy a maze, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to:
print it as many times as you like,
for yourself, your family, or your own classroom (as a teacher, for your students).
What you can't do
Resell, share, upload, or give away the files, including on websites, shared drives, or social media.
Sell printed copies or use the mazes in products you sell.
Claim the mazes as your own work.
You're welcome to share photos of your finished mazes and tag us.
Copyright
All mazes and artwork are © Mazing By Josh. Buying a file gives you a licence to use it. It doesn't transfer ownership or copyright.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely through Squarespace and its payment partners. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders you've already paid for.

Limitation of liability
We do our best to make sure our files work as described. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this site when you place your order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
